Dream Cutz is Shiva’s unisex salon in Kirkstall — hair and colour first, with nails, barbering and beauty running alongside, so the whole family can come in together.
Our story
Colour is where it started, and where the care shows.
Shiva has spent twenty-five years learning exactly how hair takes colour — which is why so much of the work here is going lighter.
Highlights, balayage, full heads — taking someone from a dark brown they have grown out of to the platinum they always wanted, done in stages and watched at every step, so the hair comes out even and stays in good condition.
It is the thing clients mention most in their reviews: the patience, the precision, and hair that still feels soft afterwards.

The team
The people behind the chair.
A small team and familiar faces — you will usually see the same person each time.
Shiva leads the hair and colour. Harry runs the barbering chair — his fades are the reason a lot of the men keep coming back. Sarmin looks after the nail table, turning out full sets in acrylic and Bildergel.
Between them, one appointment can cover a colour, a cut, a fresh set of nails and a men’s trim — which is exactly how a lot of families book in.

Amazing experience! I went in last week with mid/dark blonde hair looking for platinum highlights and beauty Nails, Shiva worked her magic and it came out almost white with only one session and very little damage! Usually the stylist can’t get it above light blonde but the team did an amazing job and I am super pleased. They stayed open late to finish my hair which I really appreciated and will be going back for all my highlights in the future!
